Melodies of Life (Turlapati nagabhushana Rao)

    In my life, two full days mysteriously disappeared. It may sound strange, but it is true. Life never moves exactly as we plan. Sometimes unexpected things happen.   Even the beginning of my life was unusual—so I started my story with “A Mouse was Born.” In a small tiled house in a village without electricity, on a dark night, a tiny “mouse baby” was born. That baby grew up, completed sixty years, and then this incident happened.   Forty-eight hours of my life vanished without my knowledge. I was asked to lie down on a table. Lying flat, I looked up and saw a bright white bulb. The white light spread across the room. Everything was happening as I wished.   I was lying on the operation table. I knew they were going to operate on my heart.  “Your name?” “Nagabhushana Rao.” “Okay sir, I am giving you a small injection.” “Alright, go ahead, doctor.”   I looked at the white light. Slowly colours appeared… then darkness. That’s it. Slowly, my eyes opene...

      The sun has slowly moved toward the western sky. Life, too, gently leans toward its evening hours. Yet, my eyes still wait for tomorrow’s dawn— For new melodies of life to rise again.   The sun sets only to rise brighter the next morning. One act of life closes… Only to open another.   With this hopeful vision one must walk forward, Step by step, with positive energy.   I am not alone in this world. Society walks with me. Society is my friend. Society is my guide. Society is my soulmate.   That is why, in the second volume of Melodies of Life, I shall continue this journey— Holding hands with my well-wishers and friends, Sharing goodness, spreading goodness, And marching ahead.   When the intention is pure, God Himself shows the path.   Many inspiring souls crossed my life’s path.
